2017 Vintage 

A unique style of traditional method sparkling red wine. Deep ruby red wine has aromas of blackberry, plums and vibrant floral notes. These flow onto the palate and combine with Christmas cake spice, and stewed fruits. A spark of almond creaminess comes through as a result of the wine being matured in oak barrels for 12 months and a further 18 months on lees.
